What are some actually scary movies?

I keep looking online for the scariest and bloodiest horror films ever made, and more and more am I just angry about some of the titles- The Exorcist? Seriously? It was scary for its time, but not now. What are some bloody, scary movies that aren't just stupid suprising stuff like The Grudge, and all those other "scary" movies- stuff that's bloody like Saw, but scary like The Omen?
