What is the difference between Presbyterian, Baptist, Methodist, Anglican, Pentacostal, Lutheran, Brethren?

Always been wondering what are the similarities between the above denominations. Please help to explain in terms of their faith, believe, practices and how it originates. You could do it in a mapping format, point form or even tree diagram. Thanks! =)
