What pokemon cant breed with ditto?

i know that ditto can not breed with legendary pokemon but the day care man said my ditto and rotom would produce an egg and they did. but rotoms a legendary so just to be clear i would like someone to list ALL the pokemon ditto CAN NOT breed with p.s i have an arceus so if it cant breed wih ditto please let me know
