For Muslims... Why do some Muslims feel that certain sects are not Muslim?

I am not a Muslim, but if you read the Wikipedia articles on Islam, and its doctrines, and then read the corresponding information on the "Nation of Islam," you will have your answer. The two groups could hardly be more different.
