We got a spoon in the garbage disposer aand is stuck inside now. we couldn't get it out now?

The spoon is still stuck inside and coulod be broken in pieces inside. I am afraid to run it and when i do try it, it makes the noise that indicates that it is still stuck. btw, i can't remove it, have tried it. what do is the solution here?
