How do i know if he really cares?

We have been tlkn for a while but nothing is official. Buh I do know I really like him and he's my boo. But I don't wanna come off too strong or press. I act like I'm not worried about him or press but I don't want him to think I don't like him. How do I find out how he really feels and where our relationship stand
