In a gay bar, what would a bar have to offer to keep you in a smaller part of town vs the city?

it would have to be something EXTREMELY good.. WeHo is the spot to be for gay bars, so I don't know what you have in mind.. but it would have to be a mix of good music, good entertainment and a packed venue. Oh and if you can offer dancers on top of bars with bottles of liquor, that would be even better becuz I go to WeHo for that
