Sugarlum's answer ok. Land Registry form TR1 obtainable from Land registry. Usual fee �40.00 unless property is unregistered in which case a fee of �150.00. All residential property is now required to be registered on change of ownership.Ask your local Land Registry office for further details if you want to conduct the proceedings yourself.
