My dog is allergic to rice and poultry..?

We have a 3 y/o male boxer who is allergic to turkey and rice. What is the best food to put him on? I've looked at different brands of dog foods (both raw and kibble) and almost all of them have some sort of poultry (either as the main ingredient, or as eggs). Our vet. recommends staying away from all poultry. We aren't opposed to the BARF diet, but it's a last resort if we can't find good kibbl.e Also, we will NOT feed him anything "over the countery" (purina, science diet, etc). We're very picky about what our dogs eat- currently they are on Pet Promise Adult Dog Food. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
