HPV ruined my relationship. Please Help!!!!?

I was recently told by the Dr. that I am one of many to have HPV. Me and my boyfriend are both very scared for me and hope that everything get treated and goes away. But, he doesnt want to be with me anymore because he is looking at the larger picture in which he is looking for a wife and someone to have children with, not just a few months of fun. We love eachother very much, and this is very heartbreaking for both of us. It is nearly impossible for me to just remain friends with him because its too hard. He wants to stay as close as possible though. He has and will always be there for me whenevery I need him, but thats not enough, I want all of him, he is a wonderful person. Is there anything I can do, someone please help me!
