Honda Accord w/ Trouble Code P0181 Fuel Temperature Sensor?

So I took my first Smog check since i purchased the vehicle, I ended up failing with the trouble code above. I have since called many shops autozones etc.... basically its a generic code (not honda specific part) so I need to know what part needs maintenance/replacing or what is causing it.
