DHS-anyone an expert on Child Protective Services? A friend has had their children removed from their home!?

The problem with these king od services is they can ask you to do almost anything. And if you refuse or cannot afford the testing, then DHS thinks well too bad for you. I live in Canada and Im not sure what kind of government services are avalibul. But I would go talk to a lawyer and get there advice they know what to do and may know about services who can help.
