yeah, he definitely likes u. its no question. but u need to tell him its all or nothing - dont settle for just cuddling. u need to be his gf, which means to stop talking to other girls. apparently it seems like he wants u to ask him to be bf/gf but i would not let him do this then talk to others girls. thanks for answering my question btw :)
