How do you find a good job that you feel suits you?

Right now, I work at a daycare.. I like working with kids and I hope to finish school and be a pediatric nurse, but for now, I need a good job that I can somewhat enjoy and get decent pay... I just don't know where or HOW to find that job... Help :]
