Job Insecurities. How to cope up with this?

Dear Friends, I am facing serious Job Insecurity since last few months.Pls guide me how to cope up with this change. I m a sales-marketing person & with gr8 communication skills & result oriented.Have shown good bzns/sales results in my exisitng co.&previous ones too.B4 i joined my current job,I owned a small bzns which dint do well due to lack of infrastrcure.So,Iwas hired to merge my existing clients+bzns with my current firm & continue doing same bzns and whatever profits will be earned,will be given to my existing co.&I'll b paid monthly sal.I agreed & have brought good results.Now,after my probation is over,my boss,instead of increasing my sal(as promised),is finding out faults to fire me.I feel cheated&with such short employment,even the labour dept.cannot help me.If i m fired from here,I'll have nothing in hand to join new job as all companies who want to hire sales person want them to intro their existingbuyers.Otherwise,there is no job available.Pls guide me how to cope up.Tks

well sometimes i go 58 in a 50 mph zone, i lie and say i have to pee but really i just want to be by myself for a few mins, i say i'm going to diet and then buy creme puffs or i convince myself i'm eating veggies when i get onions on a cheese steak, and the worst crime of all i laugh at all my own jokes. i'm living on the edge. :-)

My 4 week old baby's umbilical cord has not fallen...?

Is this normal? Frankly I'm worried that it's taken this long. My 2nd baby also took this long. Her doctor had to put something that made it fall off within an hour after she applied that liquid. My 1st baby, however, lost it within the normal 2 weeks. Should I worry or just keep waiting?
