Why does my 14.5HP Briggs and Stratton engine keep flooding?

I switched engines on an old riding mower. I took out a 12.5 and put in a 14.5 that is supposed to be good. I put the 12.5 carburetor on the 14.5 but it will not start due to gas flooding the combustion chamber. The spark plug is wet and the engine won't hardly turn over because gas is getting into the cylinder. Is it flooding? How do I adjust this bad boy so I can boast about my $90.00 investment.

Which dog food is a better choice?

Hello all!! I am an avid dog lover and I own small dogs. To be exact, I have a Chiauhauha, two Jack Russell Terrors, and a Dachshund. I am trying to provide them with a good, healthy dog food. I want their dog food to contain high quality products that are easy for them to digest. I have tried them on two different brands and am wondering which one to keep them on. I have tried then on Purina One Beyond Dog food and Blue Buffalo Chicken and Rice Small Breed dog food. Which one is the better choice? Those are unrecoverable except for a handful of world-cl experts. The only sure way is to physically destroy the drive. If you securely wipe some files but not the whole drive, there are other things you need to be aware of -- temp files, swap space, etc.
