HELP! Anyone's milk come in well, then starting to dwindle despite best efforts?

this may sound weird, but is her tongue coming forward when she sucks? or is she using just her gums? if she's just using her gums only, then she isn't getting enough milk. this can be fixed, but it takes occupational therapy for the baby.
