Computer viruses...how to heal?

i have avg as a antivirus for my computer...after running a test scan it popped up with a bunch of viruses that are unhealable....is there a program (preferably free download) so that these viruses can be healed these viruses are identified as exploit, java, worms, js/script, most of them are trojan horses....i am not very computer literate only that i know i can type and use the internet to find what im looking for...all those that can help me find what im looking for would be greatly appreciated...thanx to anyone that can help
