can someone explain the following illustration to me ? -------- 'When we follow the beam of light in a very fast rocket moving at 100,000 km per second. How fast is the light beam moving away from us? Common sense tells us that it is moving away from us 300,000 km minus 100,000 km per second. In other words, the light beam is 200,000 km per second faster than us. Wrong! Remember that the speed of light is always the same regardless of our own speed. From our rocket we would see that the beam of light is still moving away from us at 300,000 km per second! Likewise, if we were moving towards the beam at a very high speed we would still see the light coming at us at 300,000 km per second!' --- how is this possible ---?????

Re-Pot Bougainvillea?

Bougainvilleas do not make a good strong rootball so they are hard to repot. If you turn the pot upside-down to shake the rootball out like you would another normal potted plant, a Bougainvillea rootball will fall apart, and the plant will most likely die. I do not know what type of pot your Bougainvillea is in, but if possible I would cut off the bottom of the pot, then place the bottomless pot inside the new one. Next slice the old pot straight down the sides in 3 or 4 places. Then peel off the pieces of the sides. Once the old pot is removed, fill in fresh potting soil between the old roots and the new pot's walls. Use your fingers to push the new soil fimly into the spaces so as not to leave any air pockets. Move the pot carefully into the spot you have chosen for it, and water it thoroughly.

Soviets never set foot in the middle east during ww2 though and so it would have been aggression to do so after the war.which the Allies would not have allowed. US on the other hand wanted to be he nice guy, liberating everybody so it would be bad form to invade of all things, the desert. UK and France also were the former colonial masters of much of middle east so they probably would protest such an arrangement. Likely, there was an understanding that UK and France kept its sphere of influence in its former colonies, so long as they could keep it, while US and USSR gets their new spheres of influence at conclusion of the war.

not all indians do that. I am an indian and i am a great admirer of australian history. okay so if you have seen Mama Mia the movie you know near the end where they are sitting at the reception deal there are fruit jars in the trees with tea lights in them and there are blue lights twinkling...well i would like to somewhat recreate that scene for my wedding reception but on a much lower scale, i am having my reception in the evening and people will pull up around the back of the house and i would like it to look really enchanting when they pull to the back to come inside...the reception is inside, i just want the back yard to look really magical if my then husband and i or others want to go outside and talk or whatever....I want to put blue lights in the trees just something like christmas lights and then hang the mason jars all in the trees and put battery operated tea lights in the mason jars. Constant Nightmares...Help!!!!?

I have been suffering from constant nightmares from the age of 5. Every morning remember at least one nightmare - Im exhausted most of the time and certainly don't look forward to sleeping. I have tried meditation and yoga, but still have the nightmares. I have tried wearing myself out with strenuous physical effort throughout the day to no avail. I don't eat a few hours before I sleep and live alone. The only respite I seem to have from nightmares are when I take sleeping pills (very rarely). Does anyone have ANY suggestions - any meds ( benzos, SSS1 etc ) that you have taken that seem to dissapate nightmares?

Librarians are awesome and they are very open to new forms of technology. They are more interested in getting information out to all patrons than to the form that the information takes. The B&N Nook has a program with some libraries where you can rent an E-book. Not sure if that works for Kindles.

it is recommended to backup your important files and try not to backup any compressed files. You then just format your pc. Your pc will have a lot of improvement in speed and performance too. and gaming will be much better than before. I do it all the time and have a lot of experience formatting. I highly recommend that you get your pc formatted. Torrents will work without errors and all those runtime and other types of errors will not come for a pretty long time unless your pc is attacked by a virus again.
